Cross Hatch Kit

A cross-hatch cutter kit is used to test how well paint, varnish, or other coatings stick to metal, wood, and plastic surfaces

Where to Use It :-

Quality Control Labs: Factories use it to check if new paint or powder-coating batches meet standard durability rules.

Manufacturing Plants: Production lines use it on finished items like car parts, appliances, or metal panels.

Construction Sites and Field Work: Inspectors use it on-site to test applied coatings on structures or pipelines.

Research and Development: Engineers use it to test new formulas for paints, inks, or adhesives

How the Test Works :-

Make a Grid: Press the multi-blade tool firmly to cut a checkerboard grid through the coating down to the base material.

Clean Debris: Brush away loose flakes with the soft brush included in the kit.

Apply Tape: Press the special adhesive tape firmly over the cut grid.

Pull and Check: Pull the tape off fast, then use the magnifying glass to see how much paint stayed on the surface
